If you’re planning to stay at camp on Friday, we ask that you aim to check-in between 6:00pm-8:00pm. If you’re unable to arrive at this time, please let us know so we can accommodate you! Talents & Toasts will begin at 8pm, we would love for you to join regardless if you are staying at camp!
If you’re only coming for the ceremony, we ask that you arrive by 3:15pm on Saturday.

For our welcome party on Friday, we are hosting a talent show at 8pm as a way for guests to get to know each other. If you have a special talent, we would love to see it! This could be anything from playing an instrument to showing off your crafting prowess, to doing a silly dance. This will also be a great time if you have a toast to share for M&T. We ask that performances/toasts are kept under 5(ish) minutes.
There will be snacks, desserts, and drinks provided as well as supplies for making s’mores!

Camp Namanu is about a 50 minute drive from the Portland Airport. If you are flying in, we suggest renting a car to get to the venue. If you need assistance getting to the venue, please reach out and we will do our best to help coordinate transportation for you.
The drive from Portland is about 45 minutes to an hour depending on where in the city you’re coming from.

Yes! There is a large parking lot at camp with plenty of room for everyone’s cars.

Generally at the beginning of May in Sandy the average temperature during the day is around 60°F and at night it is around 40°F!
While unlikely, it is the PNW so there’s always a chance of rain. We suggest bringing layers to be prepared for any weather.

You do not need to bring your own food! We are asking guests to get dinner prior to arriving at camp on Friday night. At talents & toasts, snacks, drinks, desserts will be provided. All meals on Saturday will be provided as well as breakfast on Sunday. We will also have snacks available in the mess hall at all times incase you get peckish between meals!
If you have dietary concerns or are worried about food preparations, please reach out to us! We will have a storage area for personal food if you have any specific snacks you would like to bring for yourself.
-
For Friday we will be providing single-serve drinks such as beer and wine that people can grab as they please.
For Saturday will have an open bar with a bartender pouring drinks.
As for weed, our venue does not condone smoking on the premises. Leaving joint butts, paraphernalia, or flower anywhere on-site would void our rental insurance for the weekend. If you are planning to imbibe during camp, we recommend edibles.
-
Unfortunately our camp has a no outside pet policy so we cannot accommodate anyone's pets at camp! Sorry, we wish we could!
-
The pool is closed for the season unfortunately!
-
We ask that you RSVP by April 8th, 2026!
